You must report the issue to customer support via WhatsApp, including a clear video of the problem, within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, you can either ship the product back to our warehouse yourself or have us arrange a courier pickup. Please note that all original packaging and accessories must be included and "please note that we do not provide Refund under any circumstances".
