Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if the product you received is:

  • Incorrect
  • Faulty
  • Broken or damaged

Timeframe

  • All complaints must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Replacements requested within 7 days are free of charge
  • Requests after 7 days may include additional charges

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe
  2. Share a video proof showing the issue with the product
  3. Our team will review and guide you accordingly

Replacement Process

Once approved, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Option 1:
    We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty damaged or broken product in its original packing (Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse.
  • And within 5 working days of receipt of the incorrect, faulty damaged or broken product we will ship the replacement for you free of charge.
  • Option 2:
    We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you a replacement
